The leadership team
The people you'll actually work with — from first meeting to final handover.
-
Elena Marchetti
Founding Principal Architect
Leads the design studio. 20 years across residential and public work, with a soft spot for difficult sites.
-
Dave Rennie
Construction Director
Runs our site crews. Started on the tools, now keeps every build on programme and on budget.
-
Jonah Park
Lead Structural Engineer
Turns ambitious forms into buildable structure — and keeps the drawings honest.
What we stand for
One team, one promise
Designers and builders in the same room means nothing is lost in translation — and no one points fingers.
Say it straight
Honest budgets, honest programmes, honest trade-offs. If something won't work, you'll hear it early.
Build for the decades
We design and construct for 50-year outcomes, not 5-year finishes.
